Use image shack and use the bottom link to include in your image tags.

ahh... i wondered why the image didn't show up in the preview...

it's just someone on logosauce said i could embed the image into the forum so thought i'd have a play about to check

i'm in a government building and so am restricted as to the websites i can access at times.

Toon's right, I had some problems as well at first.

The best way is, have your image on your desktop. Open Imageshack in a new tab and use the upload file.

Don't click the button that shows the resolution. Then it gives you a big list of url's to copy and paste.

The best one is the direct link to the image which is the last one I think.

Then paste it in so it looks like this (minus the red stars):

[*img]http://imageshack.com/picture1.jpg[/img*]

Give it a go.

Image shack shouldn't have any restrictions as you're uploading to their server and not accepting anything back to your server.

i get:

Your organization's Internet use policy restricts access to this web page at this time.

Reason:
The Websense category "Personal Network Storage and Backup" is filtered.

photobucket is also blocked,

and i don't think i or they have ftp software installed, the machines i'm on are pretty basic.
