The speaker illustration is brilliant but I'm not digging the type at the top. The font or the colour it doesn't fit in with the rest.

What programme's did you use to create it??

I really like it apart from the oversized copyright sign. Look better a bit smaller.

Wow a rooftop party. If we had one of them it'd rain.

And there's nothing worse than soggy sandwiches. Very Happy

Yeah Good effort mate, I understand what Ron means about the type it doesn't quite fit with illustration.

I was just following instruction with the type, Embarassed
the large copyright was due to this being a sample sent to the client, just to remind him he had not yet paid for it Smile
the final image was accepted and paid for cheers

Hi Mick,

If i had to critique your poster, I would say that you could have chosen a better typeface, maybe a sans-serif type, also the curved type don't work as much as it would if it was straight. I don't think the grey works as the background also, remember if this is a poster it has to deliver the information needed quick, without having to stop and figure out the writing. The other thing is that you put a copyright symbol with your name, so that your client cannot 'nick' it without paying, someone can easily remove that because you have it on a solid colour background.
I like the illustration, looks good!

Thats my 5 cent for your future poster Smile

Take it easy

Great idea but is there any specific reason for writing the words curved.
