A designer has supplied me with a quark file, but the objects are not designed in quark, the image is an EPS and it is a full size picture box. When I print it out the type is coming out in a courier style font. Any ideas what is wrong?

You may not have the font installed.

Ask the supplier to outline all fonts before sending.

Yeah, that's probably more like it, Illustrator and Freehand text can be converted to outlines.
