Isass.exe virus

My home pc seems to have been infected by the isass virus, it doesn't effect how it runs but I have to start up sometimes 10 times to start windows. I've googled it and ran a few free virus scans but it's still doing it. If any one has any previous knowledge about this it would be a great help.
