nice concept, great work mate!
the eye is cool
mouth needs a tad bit of work, for a more realistic look, add some shadows or something for the top lip, make the lips look as if they stood out more u know..
but great work!

Glad you all like it, I've got another image done on the same theme... i might get round to putting it up eventually (i meant to do it saturday night but forgot all about it ).
Might start thinking about other works too, after this positive feedback
